Here at NerdyRider we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, therefore you have 15 days of receiving your order to decide if you would like to keep, exchange, or return your purchased item(s).
Please include your order confirmation number, phone number, and item(s) information you are inquiring about when you email NerdyRider.
Returns:
Returned items will be credited back to you in the full amount of the purchase price you paid via the original form of payment used or in the form of a shopping credit to our store. If you choose to receive a credit using the original form of payment, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. If you choose to receive a NerdyRider shopping credit a prepaid return label will be provided to you. Customers initiating more than one return per month will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges will not be refunded or credited when returning items.
Please note that NerdyRider will only offer a store credit or refund for items that returned within 15 days of receipt and in the same condition in which you received the items. If the return does not meet these requirements, your returned item(s)will be forfeited.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at Info@NerdyRider.com
NerdyRider will ship out the replacement product to the address you choose. In the new shipment a return label for the item needing to be exchanged will be included. Please send back the damaged or defective Item(s) using the label provided. If NerdyRider hasn’t received the item within 30 days of receipt of the new item, you will be charged for both items.
Exempt Goods:
The following are exempt from refunds or exchanges:
· Gift cards
· Stickers
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted based on the form of payment you used.
